Jennifer McGhee is a seasoned data leader with experience in enterprise data management, strategy, and governance. As Vice President and Director of Data Governance at MFS Investment Management, she leads a team overseeing data operations, architecture, governance, quality, literacy, and the organization’s data vision. Jennifer is dedicated to transforming data into a strategic asset, ensuring robust governance frameworks, and fostering a data-driven culture.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Jennifer is an active voice in the data and analytics community. She frequently speaks at industry events and webinars, leveraging her expertise to drive conversations on data best practices and innovation. She is a member of the EDM Council and Women Data Professionals, as well as serves on the Global Advisory Board for CDO Magazine, contributing to thought leadership in data and analytics.
