About Jennifer

Jennifer Agnes is a seasoned data and analytics executive with a distinguished career spanning multiple industries and global roles. Her extensive experience includes serving as Group Chief Data Officer at Schneider Electric and Chief Data Officer for Risk & Finance at Credit Suisse. Additionally, she held various leadership positions in data, operations, and risk management during her 20-year tenure at GE Capital.

Jennifer's expertise and contributions to the field have been widely recognized. She was named to DataIQ's Top 100 US Most Influential People in Data and was featured in CDO Magazine's Top Data Consultants.

As an ICF-certified Executive Coach, Jennifer is committed to nurturing talent and fostering professional growth.  She is the Founder of BlueSky Breakthoughs, a neuroscience-backed transformation program for already-successful executives who want clearer thinking, better decisions, and calm authority without burnout.

Jennifer's educational background includes a B.S. degree in Finance and French from the University of Connecticut. Throughout her career, she has split her time between the United States and France, gaining valuable international experience and perspective.
